SMP是低密度海綿或模塑專用延遲催化劑，可以增加泡沫硬度，特別適合用于密度在6-25kg/kg范圍的海綿中，同時(shí)可提高泡沫硬度5-10%；
由于SMP可提高海綿的硬度，如果要保持同一硬度的話，可減低異氰酸指數(shù)大約2至3點(diǎn)，這樣在經(jīng)濟(jì)角度來(lái)說(shuō)是非常合算的；
無(wú)論是在MC配方，還是在有填料（CaCO3和三聚氰胺）的配方中SMP都可以改善泡棉的工藝性，減少開(kāi)裂；
 
用途：
SMP廣泛的用在軟質(zhì)塊狀泡沫塑料和熱固化模塑中，推薦添加量：0.15-0.2 pphp。

應(yīng)密封保存，儲(chǔ)存于干燥陰涼通風(fēng)倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)
 
包裝：
180KG/桶 貯存：建議存儲(chǔ)在干燥和涼爽的地區(qū)并進(jìn)行適當(dāng)通風(fēng)。原包裝后請(qǐng)盡快扣緊包裝蓋，以防水分等其他物質(zhì)的混入而影響產(chǎn)品性能。不要吸入粉塵， 避免皮膚和黏膜接觸。工作場(chǎng)所禁止吸煙、進(jìn)食和飲水。工作后，淋浴更衣。單獨(dú)存放被污染的衣服，洗后再用。保持良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣。

SMP is a low-density sponge or a special delayed catalyst for molding, which can increase the hardness of foam. It is especially suitable for sponges with a density of 6-25kg/kg, and can increase the hardness of foam by 5-10%.

Store contaminated clothing separately and reuse after washing. Keep good hygiene.
